Dr. Regina Espinoza, DDS

Dr. Regina Espinoza was born in El Salvador and immigrated with her parents to Los Angeles at the age of six. Her family struggled to live the American dream, but she successfully became the first in her family to graduate from college. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry from Azusa Pacific University.

 

Dr. Espinoza received her dental degree from the UCLA School of Dentistry. She then continued her training in an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency through the Lutheran Medical Center in Maui, Hawaii. She was President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Hispanic Dental Association in 2011. She was also appointed Professor at the UCLA School of Dentistry for the Division of Restorative Dentistry. As a teacher, she has been invited to supervise a team of dental students in Honduras and provide free dental work to people who cannot afford dental care. She has also completed a Masters in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University in 2020.

 

She is involved in many philanthropic events where she spends time in her practice and serving the marginalized. She has been to Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, and Colombia with the non-profit organization she started. In 2019, she was named the Leading Physician of the World.
